The staff at this hotel is top-class and excellent. the location is convenient, being close to a church in Chelmsford, as well as restaurants, the highway, and nearby stores.

The facilities in general require a remodeling, the carpet of the interior and corridors...of very disheveled aspect.

Had perfectly pleasant stay on a business trip, the staff were top-class, location was excellent to church in chelmsford. Location: the hotel was so close to Leominster, Massachusetts, and a restaurant. Dessert restaurant Joyce's Pies & Bakery located 1 mi away was a nice surprise. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a fridge. Liked a clean bathroom.

Had a pleasant stay in September, glad I've chosen it. I liked the room with 2 queen beds. The hotel was in a comfy location not far from restaurants and shops and church.

The room was well-appointed and incredibly comfortable. It had a heater and a double bed. - the location is marvelous, right on the travel route. - the facilities were clean. - It is close to restaurants, the highway, shopping, and a church in Chelmsford.

Nothing really

The toilet seat in rm. 209 really needs to be replaced. It's gross. There are ceiling tiles in the bathroom that look like they will fall down at any point. There were noises that came when people flushed their toilets everyone around them in seperate rooms would hear for at least 5 minutes. The check out was rediculous in the morning. The girl was rude and acted like she was too busy. I will never stay there again.
